Nominees will be evaluated for their vision and leadership, innovation and achievements, and strategies for success,but emphasis will be placed on their community service including the impact of their volunteer work, their commitment, and the diversity of interests and involvement.
Honorees are chosen by an independent judging panel from a group of publicly-submitted nominees.
While they exemplify success in their profession, emphasis is placed on their community involvement and how they give back or use their talents to advance the region.
Honorees will need to be available for photos during the month of September. Honorees will be featured in a special issue of Inside Business in October and presented with the award during a celebratory event.
All nominees must be under the age of 40 on October 14, 2024.
Business Success: Judges look for professional innovation, leadership roles and mentoring.
Community Service: Judges look for a sustained diversity of community support; emphasis is placed on this category during judging. Details regarding length and scope of community service involvement are strongly encouraged.

A special themed-edition, featuring profiles on each of the honorees, will be published in the pages of Inside Business and well as at InsideBiz.com.
An in-person celebration honoring the forty winners is hosted annually in October.
